$400M residential project to break ground in Tunica

Landworks Communities, through a partnership with Highland Capital Real Estate Advisors, has purchased a 721-acre tract of land at Old Highway 61 and Casino Strip Boulevard (Highway 304) in Tunica with plans to turn it into a residential development with hundreds of homes.
