Maui home prices hit $780,000
The median home price on the Valley Isle in July reached $780,000, matching the all-time high of May 2005, according to the Realtors Association of Maui.
Correction:
The “In the Region” article in Westchester and Connecticut copies on July 30 about the Thimble Islands, off the coast of Branford, Conn., misstated the number of homes in the area that were on the market. It was two, not one. (The second property was a four-bedroom Victorian on Belden Island, listed for $3.8 million.).
