Hi Friends and fellow investors. I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you about my weekend. This last weekend found me in Las Vegas at a major Joint Venture event with many other Speakers from all over the country. There were about 160 of us at this amazing event that lasted two full days.

We had a very unique opportunity to get together to learn how to utilize the internet to do an even better job at staying in touch with our clients and provide even better customer service to our students. We were also exposed to some pretty amazing new products that are available to the Real Estate Investor. What a great time to catch up with old friends and students. I was so amazed to find out how many of my very early students have become very successful Real Estate Entrepreneurs and have gone on to become very successful Speakers. It was so humbling for me. I was so proud of each and every one of them and humbled to have had the opportunity to shape their real estate investing careers.

This amazing event continued to show me what an amazing business real estate investing is. Even in a down market many of us continue to be successful and continue doing deals. We had the opportunity to share notes about what is going on in the market all over the country. Actually this is the best market ever to buy properties in. We just have to be a little more flexible with our exit strategies.
