We are having a super couple of weeks. First we sold one of our deals, it closes at the end of the month. It will be an excellent payday for us.

We also bought some tax deed certificates and a couple of new pieces of vacant land in the last three weeks. I love Vacant Land Deals, these are a great way for you to build short and long term income for your real estate Investing Business.

We are also finally having the vinyl siding replaced on our home from Hurricane Milton.

My girls have been super busy with direct mail campaigns and putting up items on Ebay that come from the houses we buy. We get a ton of really valuable itmes that way.
