Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc. has opened its first Jacksonville office in temporary quarters and will move to The Shoppes of Bartram Park in April. Partners Joe Marshall and Paula Miller are the owners of Weichert Realtors — 1st Coast, which is operating out of an office condo in Mandarin and has a sales team of 20 real estate agents.
