Jacksonville ranked seventh among the highest metropolitan foreclosure rates nationally in the first quarter, according to RealtyTrac. As the Business Journal reported May 19, foreclosures in metro Jacksonville were up 39 percent in the first quarter over the same quarter a year earlier.
