Tampa city officials have released a list of the six entities vying to take over the Fort Homer Hesterly Armory in West Tampa. The list was made public late Tuesday. After receiving the proposals June 12, the city had planned to keep the complete details sealed for 10 days based on its own procedures. Full details of the proposals could be made public as early as late Friday, city officials said.
