Affordable housing proposal to go before Contra Costa supervisors
The Contra Costa County Planning Commission voted 4-2 Tuesday night to recommend the Board of Supervisors approve an inclusionary housing ordinance that would require builders of new residential developments to create 15 percent of the available units as affordable housing for low- to moderate-income families.
