Folks you hear me talk a lot about multiple streams of income in my life. My main business is of course buying selling renting and lease/optioning houses. We also have a large portfolio of rentals so property management comes into play and there are also our websites and my speaking business. So on top of other income streams besides those of course we do e-bay as well. In the last 7 days we have sold over $1,400 on e-bay. So what I am saying is that even though my e-bay business is way down there on my priority list it produces an excellent extra income for us. Folks there is just absolutely no reason in the world for anyone to cry “broke” There just isn’t any reason you can’t make money if you are willing to get off your duff and do something!!! I have several friends making an excellent living with their hobbies so they are doing what they love and making an awesome living at it. And you know I love real estate best of all!! Real Estate has created a huge income for us over the last many years and it’s given us an opportunity to make other peoples dreams come true. There is a place for everyone in real estate investing whether you want to buy and wholesale, buy and retail or buy and hold. We do it all!!! So that’s my soapbox for tonight, just wanted to light a fire over this upcoming wonderful holiday weekend.
