Marketing Tip # 30- Kathy Kennebrook says – Don’t lock yourself into any one niche!! We got two houses rented this week and one under contract for sale. All three of these were purchased from motivated sellers and we used private money on these to purchase them. We do a little bit of everything in our real estate investing business. We are buying another one next week, got the contract going with the seller, this one will be a subject to. The market is really busy right now, there are lots of motivated sellers out there!! Folks this is the best market there has ever been to find really great deals with motivated sellers. We retail some, we hold and rent or lease/option, we sell on work for equity as well so we do a little bit of everything. We don’t wholesale a lot anymore because we have gotten old and greedy 🙂 Although we did wholesale a house we got from a motivated seller a couple of weeks ago because it wasn’t in an area we particularly like to play in. targeted Direct mail is bringing in a ton of deals and using direct mail gives you the option to pick and choose the deals you are looking for in your own real estate investing business.
