So I do coaching with my students on Monday and Tuesday evenings. Each slot is 30 minutes. I think they motivate me as much as I motivate them. I have students doing amazing deals!! Last nights students are implementing solid marketing campaigns and getting deals done. I had one student who just got a check on a wholesale deal for $15,000. While that’s not a lot of money, it is when you are still working a full time job and that’s equivalent to 5 months of income of you. Helping my students become even more successful is what it is all about for me and I love what I do.
