I sold another house today, got another one ready for rent and got through inspections on another one we close on the purchase of in 10 days. I have the best crew ever!! We could not do our business the way we do without them. The market is amazing right now, there are so many deals available when you are looking for motivated sellers the right way. Without the deals you have no real estate investing business.
Our intention was to slow down a bit or just do higher dollar houses so we could do fewer of them, but it isn’t working out that way.
