Have you missed me? I have been AWOL for almost 2 weeks. We have been traveling. We were at a cabin in the woods with no internet service for almost 2 weeks. That’s the only way I seem to be able to get a break from the real estate investing business, and to be truthful we actually looked at properties while we were away.
And while we have been traveling our business continued to churn out new motivated sellers and new deals for us. I am very excited that we continue to do deals even when we aren’t here!! I am meeting with a motivated seller tomorrow to put a deal under contract and we are putting 2 new tenants in properties as well. I have lots of follow up to do with motivated sellers who sent responses to letters we mailed before we left. Even when we are traveling we are still doing several deals per month in our real estate investing business.
