Coaching calls were awesome last night, looking forward to round two tonight. I have one student who got a new private lender this week. I have another new student who has put his second property under contract, he started his direct mail campaigns just a month ago mailing 500 letters per month. I am so pumped! I have another coaching student who has done 4 lease options in the last month. These are motivated real estate investors being held accountable and getting things done!! Congrats guys and girls!!!
