We had an awesome open house today on another house we have on the market for sale. The snowbirds are coming back and this house would be perfect. It’s close to downtown, has 2 bedrooms, a super sweet floorplan, large lot, fenced and everything is perfect. I expect an offer on this one this week for sure. Pay attention to your demographic and plan your deals accordingly. You will make a lot more money in your real estate investing business by paying attention to this one detail.
