Coaching calls were awesome again last night. My students are doing great, they are so motivated to grow their businesses and do more deals. I had one coaching student quit her job last week after completing her first deal. I feel like a proud Mama.
Jeff and David both got their first deals done this last week also. I spoke to the sellers with them on a three way call, got the offers submitted and got the deals under contract. Jeff is wholesaling his deal for a profit of $10,000 and David is keeping his, it’s in great shape, he has lots of equity and he is going to lease/option it.
