So today we went to check on the progress of our latest rehab. Guess What??? Other than a couple of small items on the punch out list, our crew is done with this one…….EARLY!!! When does that happen 🙂 Usually they finish at least a few days late.
The house goes on the market on Friday instead of Monday which is what we had been shooting for. YEAH!!!!! This gives us lots of time for some heavy duty marketing through the holiday weekend.
