My students are so motivated to get some deals done before the end of the year, even my new coaching students. I also want to thank my Tuesday night coaching students for moving last night’s calls to tonight so I could celebrate my birthday.
All of my coaching students work directly with me, they don’t get pawned off on a coach who may or may not have ever done a real estate deal. So I am seeing some real progress with the students who take it seriously and do the work!
