So I did something today that I almost never do…..I wholesaled a house. It needs lots of rehab and our crews are busy, so I just turned this one for a quick $21,000. That works!
I am finding most of my deals from highly motivated sellers from my very targeted direct mail campaigns. The market is changing and you need to use unique ways to find these very motivated sellers.
