Hi Everyone and Happy Monday! Now is the best time there has ever been to find really motivated sellers and create some really profitable deals for your real estate investing business.
As many of you know there are several types of sellers I specifically like to target. In order to do this I use very targeted lists, a very targeted letter and a response mechanism within my mailings to let that seller know exactly what information I need from them so the deal is pre-screened for me when it arrives in my email or mail box.
Part of the key to my very successful strategy is to work with highly targeted lists that are provided for me and my students by skilled list brokers.
