Good Morning Everyone! So I had a chat with one of the realtors I work with in one of the rural areas we buy and sell vacant land in up in North Florida and he told me we sold another piece of land yesterday….yeah!! That’s always good news!!
And overall here are the numbers for the last thirty days for homes and vacant land listed and sold which includes three rural counties in the Northern part of Florida.
Homes and land are selling like crazy which is what I have been experiencing myself in my market here in the Tampa Bay area and in North Florida where we deal just in vacant land. These are the stats comprising three counties in Northern Florida-
