Coaching calls were so exciting last night and I will be doing coaching calls tonight as well. I can’t wait! I am just so impressed and humbled by what my students all over the country are accomplishing.
To follow up- Rose put her second property under contract this week using my marketing techniques. She just started implementing my marketing campaigns two months ago. I am so proud of her!!! She wants to wholesale this one once it closes for some quick income for her family.
Ted is a new coaching student and just wholesaled his first property using my direct mail marketing. David is on his fifth wholesale deal since he starting coaching with me, he has a real machine going.
Every student’s goals are different and that’s what we concentrate on, making each student’s dreams and goals come true. I have very limited space in my coaching program since I spend a lot of time with each one of my students each month both by email and by phone.
