I am working with two motivated sellers today. One is an estate that fell into my lap and the other is an out of country seller who I have been pursuing by mail. It’s a vacant house near where I live. I am super excited about both of these deals. I have been on vacation for almost 2 weeks and I came home to these two deals. Both need some updating but not too bad as far as the rehab goes. Both are high dollar luxury properties and both are being purchased at well below retail so lots of room to do the rehab and make a great profit.
There are fewer investors going after the luxury home market, so almost no competition in this market at all. Between using targeted direct mail and word of mouth, I about have all the deals I need for my real estate investing business.
