I sold another piece of vacant land today, an acre and a quarter on a main road, very profitable. I bought it from an out of state owner, listed with the realtor we work with and then it was sold. We did nothing to it. It closes for cash in two weeks, what a great way to start the week!!! We are actually working with a new “hungry” realtor, he is doing a great job for us . We actually bought this piece of land inside our Roth IRAs.
