I made offers on some houses today, one seller even sent me all his info including plat map and a copy of a survey and photos, that’s why my direct mail campaigns work so well!! This is the type of response I typically get from sellers.
Generally when I get a response from a seller I have all the information I need to determine if there is a deal. In other words my deals are pre-screened for me when they hit my mailbox. That’s the way to run a successful direct mail campaign.
