We are looking forward to daylight savings time this weekend. It gives us more time in the evenings to look at houses and drive for dollars….yeah!!
When we have multiple deals flowing into our pipeline we get to pick and choose the deals we want to do, and having more time to take a peek at them helps a lot!!!
Our marketing has been working well and we have several deals we are working on. Many of them are estate and probate properties. For us here in Florida that is a typical part of our demographic.
