According to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, home sales in the Twin Cities seem to be cooling off after a record year in 2005.

Local nonprofit gives $1.2M for minority foreclosure prevention

The Homeownership Preservation Foundation said Wednesday it will provide up to $1.2 million to the National Urban League over a three-year period in an effort to reduce the number of home foreclosures in African-American communities.
