Housing Trust project exceeds Santa Fe's mandates for affordable homes
The Santa Fe Community Housing Trust has completed a 48-home, mixed-used development in the Tierra Contenta community in Santa Fe. Tierra Contenta is primarily owned by Tierra Contenta Corp., a nonprofit corporation set up in 1994 to provide low and moderately priced housing to families.
