Sold the condo I had on the market this week, it was on the market one day and we got a full price offer for cash. We have another property on the market for sale this week as well. That’s what really good rehab does! We are closing on the purchase of another house today. This one is an estate property, home is in Florida, seller is in California. I am working with lots of out of area sellers through my direct mail campaigns right now.
