Construction on the extension of Westside Boulevard straddling the city limits of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque has officially kicked off. Westside Boulevard starts at Highway 528 near Intel Corp. (NASDQ:INTC) and essentially dead-ends about 700 feet before it connects to Golf Course Road in Rio Rancho.
