Stop Using Techniques That Do NOT Work In Your Real Estate Investing Business!!

Okay so this post is going to buy me some grief no doubt. For those of you who are using VAs from foreign countries to do your marketing calls for you….what are you thinking?? I don’t even know where to start. First of all, if someone calls me with a heavy accent and I can’t hardly understand what they are saying, I am hanging up. This is NOT the person who should be doing your cold calls to find you potential deals!!

If you are working with a list calling senior home owners for example, sometimes they have hearing issues and it’s hard for them to understand language, forget the accent.

Second, you need to have some idea what kind of list they are calling from or what it is they think they are supposed to be doing for you. We have had people call us on homes we have never even owned, we have had calls from people wanting to buy our PO box (I love those) They ask for the name of the wrong person all the time. My phone answers to a company name. These people always ask for a person and half the time that name isn’t anyone we are associated with.

Thirdly why in the world would you not take the time to train someone to do this for you in the good old USA?? We have VA’s who handle almost every function in our businesses and they are all local and trained by us. I pay for results folks!! Positive, profitable results. I have heard that these VAs are supposed to be cheaper, but do you want to just waste money not getting results? I just don’t get it.
