So our rehab is done. I got to see the house yesterday, I have to say we have the best crew ever!! It looks sssssoooo cute!! The guys did an amazing job. And they finished a day and a half early.
So we made a decision to have our plumber come in this last Friday to change out all the valves and supply lines so those are all brand new as well. Touch up paint got done at the end of the week from the flooring job. New refrigerator is in! Signage went out on yesterday. I will post pictures, I got busy and I forgot to take some yesterday when I was at the house.
The house is an adorable 2 bedroom one bath with 960 square feet under air. It has a huge bonus room with it’s own entrance so in home office is totally a possibility.
