I finally have a few minutes this morning to share with you what we are up to. I have been so busy here in Florida working with motivated sellers, getting houses and vacant land ready for sale and rent, getting properties sold and getting ready for Lou Brown’s Millionaire Deal Maker Boot Camp I haven’t had much time to be on social media or blogging.
We also just got our new inherited list mailing lists yesterday so my girls are starting those new mailers this morning. Our market is very active right now but I am still looking for the most highly qualified sellers out there to bring the very best deals into our pipeline.
We also bought a couple of very profitable vacant land deals this last week so we are getting those ready as well.
