One of my coaching students sent me an email on Saturday, he had gotten an awesome reply from a very motivated seller on a beautiful multi family unit a triplex home. He is in New Hampshire and the property is gorgeous. He sent pictures.
We are going to work on writing a couple of different offers on this one tomorrow. My coaching students are so motivated to move ahead in their businesses and they make me so proud and they make me work hard too.
I have them send me the information on their marketing and deals throughout the week and then we do a one on one call once a week so my coaching students get a lot of hand holding and become very successful!!!
