I am writing offers on properties and working with sellers by phone today. Good thing too…it’s pouring down rain. When I get the responses from sellers from my targeted direct mail campaigns, I already have most of the information I need in order to determine if there is a deal including photos to work with so making offers is just so easy.

Hey Boys and Girls!!! Less than a week to go!!! I am getting ready for two awesome speaking gigs in Maryland in July. If you are anywhere near the Maryland area be sure and attend one of the two meetings I am going to be speaking at in July. One is BWI Meetup with Bill Ames On Wednesday July 10th at Pikesville Doubletree on Reistertown RD in Pikeville MD. This is an evening meeting so be there by 6:30 pm. The second meeting I will be at is on Saturday July 13th with Sherman Ragland at 16000 Trade Zone Ave Suite 104 in Upper Marlboro. Meeting Starts at 8:30 am Registration at 8 am. So today we went to check on the progress of our latest rehab. Guess What??? Other than a couple of small items on the punch out list, our crew is done with this one…….EARLY!!! When does that happen 🙂 Usually they finish at least a few days late.

The house goes on the market on Friday instead of Monday which is what we had been shooting for. YEAH!!!!! This gives us lots of time for some heavy duty marketing through the holiday weekend.
