I am working with motivated sellers today, looking at houses and making offers. I even found a couple that looked interesting to me on MLS. It’s a fun time of year, sellers are more motivated and other investors are taking time off for the holiday so there are even more deals out there!! I have written offers on three houses so far today and I am in back up position on another house I made an offer on.
