So we close on the sale of another piece of vacant land at the end of the month and one of our tenants is converting his lease to a lease/option at the end of the month. Yeah!! I love phone calls like that. My tenant wanted to purchase the home outright but he doesn’t have quite enough money for his down payment. So he will lease option for six months and another house will be sold.
I am also getting ready for an evening zoom class and a full Day Saturday zoom class for Baltimore REIA the first week of December. More information coming on that plus the links to register!
