So another interesting day in the life of a real estate investor.We have a house on the market for sale and yesterday morning we had the carpets cleaned by our carpet guy to freshen them up a bit. This is going to be a very profitable deal for us.
We went over to the house late yesterday afternoon to take a peek at the carpets and we find a smashed up car sitting in the middle of the front yard. We called the police and found out it was stolen the night before so they came and got it after they finger printed it…..just another day’s excitement in our business. Almost every neighbor on the street came out to see what was going on so we got to meet some of the neighbors.
In the meantime the property went under contract last night so that worked out perfectly!!
