So we are scoping out another piece of land in North Florida that came to us from a motivated seller and one of our team members up there sent me photos of it this afternoon after I sent him the information on where it was.
The property is four hours away from us and this one is coming from one of my direct mail pieces. That’s why it’s important to build a dream team around you so you can act more quickly and effectively when great deals land on your desk.
I will be writing an offer on this one tonight. The seller sent me most of the information I needed to create the offer in their response to my mailing.
